The Promoter is Credit Ladder Limited (“the Promoter”), which has its registered office at Hamilton House, 4A The Avenue, London, E4 9LD, United Kingdom.
This promotion, to receive an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card (“Gift Card”), is being fulfilled by the Promoter’s partner, Inchora Commercial Limited, trading as Conectia (“Conectia”),and any relevant correspondence will be from Conectia.
The term “Affiliate” means a third-party entity approved by both Conectia and the Promoter where the third-party is also authorised to act as an introducer to the Promoter's own website in relation to this promotion.
The promotion will run from 00:01 hours on 14.11.24 until 23.59 on 30.04.25.
The promotion is open to applicants:
who are legal residents of England, Scotland or Wales
are aged 18 years or over
who purchase a new CreditLadder Premium Monthly or Annual plan within Promotion Period via an approved Affiliate website
The Promoter reserves the right to: (i) verify the eligibility of each applicant; and (ii) to reject any applications that appear to be duplicated, materially incorrect or fraudulent.
All applications will be run through validation checks and eligibility to receive a Gift Card will only be confirmed by the Promoter.
If the applicant cancels their purchase within the first 45 days, they will not be eligible to receive the Gift Card.
Gift Cards will only be paid on genuine, tracked transactions completed as one journey from the Affiliate website and wholly online through the Promoter's website. The use of certain e-commerce browser extensions (such as 'Honey') will render a transaction as ineligible and no Gift Cards will be payable. The Gift Card will be sent to the customer via email, using the nominated email address used at the time of purchase.
Any applicants found to be transacting fraudulently with the Promoter may have their details passed to Police Authorities for further investigation.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inaccurate information provided by the applicant which results in the payment not being delivered in accordance with these terms.
A £5 Gift Card will be awarded for each new CreditLadder Premium Monthly or Annual plan purchased.
Redemption: The Gift Card will be emailed around 60-90 days after the policy start date. This promotion cannot be claimed with other discounts, incentives or offers.
